Otherwise why would she keep appearing before him before removing warp point from the ring, ask him to sign a marriage contract, and when needed a room at the castle want him to sleep in hers? As for being an administrator/creator of the game not happening. It's already been revealed that she really is a game character that only exists as data in the virtual world and doesn't have a physical form in the real world. During fight with former Player partner one of the things she chastised him about was that he treated her world as a an illusion, but for her it's her reality. There's also been several times when referred to by her character code by the developers in a few of the chapters after her duel with MC. They remarked how she was cold and frigid until met MC and based on that along with changes to the Loong princess they decided to have the Elf and Dark Elf princesses meet the MC to see if he could prompt their development as well as it had gotten stuck in a bottleneck.

Well, let me explain this bit. The translator here might've been in a hurry, cause both, ドラゴン and 龍 may be used synonymously to denote a dragon.
Yet, to separate the two, as they are shown as separate races here, I used the term 'dragon' for ドラゴン, cause they are the western kind, and the chinese word 'loong' for 龍, as those are the eastern, serpent-like kind.
