Oddly, an exploration of Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics in this manner is actually in line with how Asimov constantly wrote stories where the Three Laws are shown to not be infallible, and where there are situations that test, bend and break these laws that lead to rather unintended consequences.

But... there's no dilemma, is there?
Obey the third law, unless it contradicts the second law.
Even if it means putting yourself in danger, you must obey a human's orders (unless it would go against the first law, but that's not relevant here). So she has to drink it (if that was indeed an "order") even if that would break her.

3rd law just discarded if it contradicts 1st or 2nd law. Didn't author wrote it himself here?

So, yeah, if human ordered robot to die - robot will just die, because 2nd law have absolute priority over 3rd.

Remember, her friend didn't explicitly order her to drink, it was only an implicit order ('have' instead of 'drink'), which threw her through a loop between the second and third laws. A pretty common theme amongst Asimov and Asimov inspired stories is that you have to be pretty damn explicit with robots.
