Her actual age isn't given so far in the manga. It's impossible to know since these are illustrations but I'd guess she's about 30 and our MC (only because he is "younger" since we can't see him) early to mid 20s. I wouldn't call her "middle aged". That's usually considered to start at 40 to 45.
