i remember reading this one a long time ago (over 10 years ago) but there was more to it. shes goes back and is supposed to get married but then he comes back and fights for her. also something about how she is the most beautiful thing in the world but his eyesight is completely gone now and she realizes at the end. i have no idea if im hallucinating or something because i cant find anything on that.
