Honestly, though the title sounds opposite, this feels like a prequel to "A Gal Who Was Too Nice to a Creepy Otaku". And honestly I wouldn't mind that, since it makes that series a little bit of a comeuppance story. Still awful for someone to be that terrorized but still it feels a little better if it's the same girl that deliberately manipulated him into becoming dependent and clingy just so she could torment him.
