The children and the people from the kingdom in general are a collateral damage, she will do everything to get revenge even if it hurts people not linked to her.

But the story also shows us Eliie's different side : a benevolent person who will do everything in her power to help those in need (and in Haldoria the people thanked with It's children playing games where she's evil btw, very easy to manipulate lol). The question I'd: how the story will reconcile those two aspects of her personality? A revengeful person who doesn't care about people and the benevolent person who goes out her way to help those in need ? Very simple :
