I can't believe they managed to wrap that one up with a romcom event. Dunno if that was a good conclusion that specific conflict but that might just be the best you can since they introduced a Norn to the story. And it's also better than them being stuck in this time loop like in Suzumiya Haruhi when Kazu can move with the speed of light after all.

Yeah not having to deal with clones of actual bodies and sending a consciousness has less holes, this is a fucking complete mess though I gave up and just accepted that the author wanted to both have the tragic transformation and not have it so yeah, rip.
