You should read the novel Reborn in a World of Chastity Reversal which has a similar premise. It has a much more serious tone and actually gets into the nitty gritty of the world. Don't worry because there's actual harem sex because that MC is also special. There's romantic and fun moments but it's less goofy than 1:39. The manga adaptation got axed but the plot is actually really good.
