Somehow, but the author made several improvements... I like it, looks way better, actually.

I wouldn't call the revised outfit more revealing, it's kind of on equal footing, but but Yuri-Datenshi exposes more of her chest and there's only small clips holding the dress together instead of a belt. Well, and the three on that pic have actual wings and halos. And lastly, Yuri's dress does not appear to be pure white either - I might be wrong, but I think it would have a light yellow-greenish base color.
