That honestly makes a lot of sense seeing how Kana was elated by the idea of sharing Sou with Hinata and Miku, believing it to be an act of friendship. It'd also make sense that'd she'd be used to the idea, since even though the Konoe family would be influential, powerful and wealthy to keep men within their household, due to sheer lopsidedness of the gender ratio sharing a man among a group women would just be a necessary fact of life wether the Konoe family was comfortable with it or not.
