The girls we have seen so far are more or less not the norm in that world.

@dimox already answered that for you, in the manga we see literally the "elite", women that especifically are trained to not get crazy arround guys, and even with that they all falling to Sou's charisma because he's that nice.

The few normal women we saw wanted to never let him outside home to hog them all for themselves (her mother and her sisters) or heavily hinted to rape or stalk males (Hinata's mother). We'll probably not see it since it's a comedy manga, but it wouldn't be crazy that rich CEO girls could have male slaves for themselves.
