Light phobia is an oxymoron. Phobia is, by definition, an extreme fear of something. Anxiety that at worst causes serious problems in the person's life.

The expression was a mild (light) form. But the discrimination-related phobias are all defined as hatred or prejudice anyway… Then again a phobia is an intense fear or aversion/dislike against something, so not just fears.
