You obviously read one paragraph and not the whole article. That nerve is like a main highway, connecting many different parts of the body together.

No where in the paragraph that you cited does it say orgasm occurred because of stimulation of the nerves in the womans throat.

Most likely the reported orgasam took place because the vagina was stimulated and those sensations were sent through that nerve to the brain which released hormons and neuro transmitters in an orgasm.
