It’s a historical isekai where the main character takes over the role of a warlord(Basically Pokemon Conquest's Protagonist, Azai). Honestly, I’m surprised it hasn’t been translated yet. It’s a solid story with plenty of h-scenes, though it’s pretty long, so it might not be for everyone to pick up.
