Just rereading this after chapter 66.

We've seen some of the women mention being jealous of other women because they have male family members to commit incest with. But Misaki just said that a "convenient brother that fulfills her sister's desires" doesn't exist, so I take it to mean that even incest isn't the norm, prob cause other males act "normal" in this world, unlike Sou.
