First of all, everyone don't read ahead if you care about spoilers, but there doesn't seem to be any worldbuilding in these future chapters so...

If you're talking about the Satou family I don't know, nothing really exotic happening. And tbh, they really didn't do the oyakodon, although the two sisters were sandwiched, then one short scene with all three. I didn't bother translating this "arc" through my phone but it's easy to get the gist of it.

If you're talking about the Konno sisters, I phone translated that. Sou went for the sisters, but Hana "sacrificed" herself for 24-hours, even offering to be pregnant to protect her sister. Aya didn't like that lmao. Sou apparently has the nickname "Collector of Virginity".

So they went to the hotel, with the promise that Sou wouldn't touch Aya if Sou finishes first. You can pretty much guess what happens.

Anyway, I don't know why you're asking in the first place since you can just read the ID chapters yourself. The ID chapters are a lot easier to translate after all.
