So we see Natsuki-san's seiso levels on display! ... and the practical mind that lies underneath it. It's honestly a sight to see considering the uncompromising and unfiltered gush-mode horniness that we constantly get subjected to through the chapters. It is like pickles in a rich and juicy burger. The sharp tangyness of it cuts through and leaves the entire dish with a fresh taste.

Moving on tho... I don't think people really appreciate the difficulty that Natsuki-san will have to juggle to maintain her seat position. She has to maintain being 3rd Place in her class. Just think of it for a bit. You have 1st and 2nd who will undoubtedly see the benefits of having the 3rd place seat and will try to covet and acquire it for themselves so she will have to make sure that her... (I'll just assume here) academic performance stays a margin lower than 2nd place WHILE the rest of the class will try to gun for a spot on the Guard Squad (aka 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Class Ranking) so she will have to make sure that her academic performance is still above the rest of the class.

Compared to gunning for first place in which you just have to aim for the sole and top spot, you have to juggle a lot of things to maintain that unexpectedly coveted position of 3rd.

HOWEVER, I doubt the author actually thought about it that way. It might just be me over thinking things again.

As for the other girl... I sure love Japanese wordplay. Maybe in the far off future where MC-kun decides to grow a brain and just ask around directly as to what's going on and he decides for the harem route.... She'll get her wish.

XD Can't help it most of the time. I have thoughts and I just have to type it out.

Honestly speaking, considering how complicated writing stuff can be (at least in multi-chapter works which necessitates story boarding and needing a strict planning so it can be tied to other works as well alongside many other things...), just getting to spew out words that form in my brain is sort of therapeutic.

Considering the mental gymnastics I go through just to ensure an entire scene's (just one scene) dialog is logical and is in character and other things so I don't make writing mistakes like I see in other works...

Just word vomits with a lick of logical structure is quite nice sparkles
