I remember reading this before on english, well it sucks that no-one is translating it and this is one of rare good chinese manhwas with decent story.
I'm not saying it's easy but it's easier to translate from every language that does have "abc" instead of arabic, chinese, japanese and etc... cuz you can actually input it in traslator even if you don't understand it.

had a decent start, like hellsing in the post-apocalype but later chapters(the one translated at the moment) has too much robots and jojo characters. The settings isn't the wasteland no more. I can understand why the translators dropped it.
