RIP Author's shirt. death by oil and rust. but at current times is it cheaper to wear a tee under the armor than a gamberson, or is the gamberson providing advantages such as comfort that a t-shirt can't cope with? we talkin here in a not-necessarily historical loadout setting here btw

Ah my sweet Teuton-chan. Be glad you aren't with your order for that event. Grunwald wasn't a fun time for you.

Darn, sometimes, you just gotta make your helmet thinner for the sake of character design.

Also the 30km punishment gag was hilarious, very well done. I love how Teuton is literally crying on page 10 at the thought of being ridiculed again and being actually forced to run 30km in the full suit.

I don't get the frozen foods joke. There were no frozen foods in the Sengoku era. Why would she say that? Is this a cow tools situation?

The Poles are pretty sturdy, but they've been successfully invaded in the past.
If the request was to invade Russia though... Three empires I can think of off the top of my head failed at that. And all for the same reason... You'd think they'd learn.

@sholum only when it was from two or more sides. Like Germans and Russians, or Prussians, Austrians and Russians. When it was one-on-one, the invasion always failed. Like with Teutons. They got recked.

@Stadenwick unfortunately no. We had "allies" in the form of France and Britain before WWII, but when uncle Adolf came knocking in, they decided that betrayal is safer for them, and left us to our selves. Then H-man turn around and stuck a spiky dildo of the Blitzkrieg up their cowardly asses. Before that, we were too big and powerful to invade, until stupid nobles and betrayers ransacked us from within.
And no, not that easy. Our luck (for most of the time) was that to invade from multiple angles, dire enemies would have to work together to do that.
