@larcek but she isn't the daughter of the mayor. She says in page 9 that she is "the head of the chief of the village", meaning she is a disembodied head (or would that be embodied, as she seems to have turned into a body?).

I don't get it. If you use a stool for firewood, then wouldn't you have to break it? Why would you need to warn someone about this?

@Nk9bjP4A Since it was made out of solid wood, and untreated with paint or wood stain, it could be set on fire while whole and burn slowly.

@Meridis you'll make friends easily if you meet the right kind of person ^-^
It's a matter of luck when and where you find them. Taking from experience.

@AMicrowave
A weak exucse for that chapter but ty after i have red hundrets of mangas someone finally told me what slice of life is.
But now i am a bit confused, every time a manga starts getting unimaginative or getting forcefully prolonged for the sake of money we just give it a "slice of life" tag and then its ok?

Imma say the obvious but controversial:
Aisha way better than Flora
Not that it matters much in a fanservice wish-fulfilment story, but even for one of those Flora has virtually no personality outside of the ideal "shy innocent girl with housewife traits" that inexperienced, lonely young guys often adore. Even her character design is geared totally toward that. Cute, non-threatening, but so bland that it makes flour seem spicy. Nothing wrong with liking that, just not interesting as a character or as part of a story, especially something with a slice of life lean.
Aisha, on the other hand-- blunt, to-the-point, and just a bit crass compared to most Japanese characters. Works in the field, as her design shows, and has a younger sibling who helps her get dolled up when she needs to attend social events. Get you a girl who can do both. More straight-faced than most designs, but with enough sass and crudeness to make that charming. Is she even a possibility for romantic interaction in this series, aside from friendly bickering with Toakk? No. She still way more interesting than either ML or FL? Yeah.
Edited to save space on the page for people who are reasonable and don't way over judge characters and designs in a fluff wish fulfillment manga.
