It's due to the MO common to translators like them: pick up a bunch of titles--more than they can handle--in order to appeal to as wide and diverse a set of tastes as possible, so as to get as much Patreonbux into their coffers as possible.

As a result, the good manga they pick up by chance gets swamped by loads of garbage meant to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Really makes me miss the days when scanlators focused on just a few works, and did it for the love of the medium--not for money, which shows (particularly in watermarking, among other signs of low quality).

Had to re-read to remember what the fuck was going on, but, cute and wholesome! Flora great wife! Aisha will soon get with Toakk, hopefully. And uhhh... I guess we'll see more "plot" come by soon?

Hopefully not: that completely unappealing "tomboy" can stay in her ugly corner, Toakk should get together with Kurune. WAY better option.

Right? Ugh. Lazy artist can't even draw food properly in a manga that spends way, way, way too much time talking about food. Can't draw people that well either, which is also partly why the contrast between simplistic drawings and photoshopped-in food is so striking. Also it's so weird how jappipos are always talking about the 'bad smell' of meat and how too-literal translators can't seem to figure out that they're talking about meat being 'gamey.' We have a word in English for what they're talking about. Please translate properly.
