what a way to waste time a full chapter about rats, also that school is shit, not only they dont teach the "commoners" but don let them use what could be called a gymnasium? at this point i dont know why they bother having a b class.

@zeroxjac probably the same reason there was an F class in assassination classroom. Also to say "everyone can get accepted" even though it's meaningless when acceptance results in no guidance or anything.
Although assassination classroom discriminates purely on merit(study ability), not heritage.
