There was no alert that said she was eliminated, however. When the guy got wiped out by the golem the group was alerted that he was eliminated. There was never a pop-up for that girl.

They later explained that an entire beta party of 5 was wiped out, which increased the fatality count from 9 alphas to 9 alphas and 5 betas, a total of 14.

a party consists of 6 members, but they only had 5 because the MC took glasses girl from them, which they were salty about.

So Erza survived? I was confused by the whole a team of 5 Betas died.
It's nice and all, but I really wish that had been more of a mention about this, its like the whole "no need to mention the rewards for the shadow realm" all over again.
