They're mentioning shadow world tiers but I either don't remember or haven't seen any mention of how those tiers came to be.
Does the system announce the tier of the shadow world? Has it told them what the highest and lowest levels are?
They seem pretty convinced tier 1 is the highest it can go, but if that's a ranking they made themselves it has no real credibility.

After having seen the Holy Kingdom shadow world, I am kinda surprised a question that as not come up for the MC when he talks like this: "Are we in a shadow world?"
The MC is a guy who came out of nowhere, with more power then he should seemingly have, knowledge of a higher tech level and seems to be training and warning people about an imminent attack.
