Try the animation version. Same story but I think it's look better because has "sound". The animation version also have same title like the manga

Only chapter 3 and 5 have rape and NTR so if you dont like those then don’t read those chapter

Chapter 6 has a bitter sweet ending kinda made me sad tbh no ntr a lot of vanilla with a bitter after taste
