Well.... it delivers what it promises.

And the TL is right, this author loves using every single 1-page chapter to remind us what the name of the work is. He does it with his other title too.

To be fair, I don't think it's because each page is a chapter. Instead, that's just the title. Like how comic strips usually have the title of the strip. The title would be in the strip (or before it). I think they were just doing the same thing. So if you saw the pages individually, you'd know the series...

If you think about it, the way we are reading it is kinda weird since it's not really a normal manga series...
