Even with moderately high legwork (a long-ish commute on a bike) would bring more mass and definition to her thighs than that, which she allegedly does, with being inhumanely strong and so. This all is taken further by the fact that she is bb flexing, which is literally static muscle work to accentuate and define muscles. While fat in thighs would easily cover any striated intermuscular gaps(deep crevices between muscles on bodybuilders), striations and angular definition in her thighs, she'd actually have to be quite chunky to cover all of her purported leg muscles, which she isn't (cue: abs). This would also make her thighs way thicker than what they are. Instead, she has a lithe bikini model's legs.

Honestly, as a whole, her physique in these pinups aren't in any way built or ripped, aside from the disproportionally built straight abs. Otherwise she is just lean and cautiously athletic.
