Actually, I was quite interested in how the author will break the usual pattern of the NTR route.
For example, the senpai who planned NTR was actually betrayed by the "Yarisa" group he joined, which was actually a gay group.
I feel much better when I see the perpetrator of NTR get his just deserts. Since most of the time I have seen the perpetrator always succeed in his crime.

Its cause the mangaka was naive and didn't think their name of the series was that of a bait and switch series. If it makes you feel better they have always done light fluffy series and no NTR.
