A trend of cutting wide panels

Greetings, I have recently seen a surge in manga chapters, uploaded both on Mangadex, Mangaplus and other sites, where the wide panels are cut when read vertical.
Which was never the case before, and still does not happen for some mangas.
However these last couple of months I have seen a trend in uploads having the wide panels cut, then arrange in completely awful manner.
Reading double paged does not work on most sites, especially since the cut panels are arranged in the wrong order as you can see with the Nobunaga No Chef chapters (uploaded on MangaDex)
It does work better on MangaPlus Horizonal viewing, however cutting wide panels shouldn't be happening in the first place.
I will attach a bunch of examples that I found!

I tried to contact MangaPlus, but only received confirmation that my question have been notified
However I write to you MangaDex, who probably know both uploads and scanlation teams.

I wish for this to be fixed, before a ton of chapters have been uploaded. Because this cutting of panels is seriously destroying any love for reading the manga.
I hope there is an answer to be found as well as fix to this issue.

Examples:
Bugle Call: Song of War (Chapter 1, page 39)
Chainsaw Man (Chapter 203, page 7)
Nobunaga No Chef (Chapter 248, page 19 and 20)

first of all, I'm not a scanlator,
but I'm bored, so wanna join in to this conversation

first,
the wide panels are cut when read vertical
it's not that the trend is "cutting the wide panel", it's more like the trend "to NOT joining the spread page"
because the original pages from any official raws that I know of are never joined
maybe there are some that I don't know

second,
Mangaplus
is an official publisher, so back to my first point, the spread pages are not joined by default,
and like you said
work better on MangaPlus Horizonal viewing
I assume you mean to view it in horizontal mode while your phone is in landscape mode, so it's showing 2 pages at a time?
yes, I guess that is the intended viewing format for that app

as far as I know, the actual rule for MD is for the scanlation teams to combined the double spread pages into a single page before uploading

any actual scanlator may correct me

The physicals copies never splits the panels, so cutting it for online reading makes no sense, you would not split wide paitings just because they are online.
It has always been that wide panels was combined and never split.
Still One Piece uploads don't do that, except for some sites.
This is seriously damaging my relationship with reading, I don't understand how it is not for others.
This is an example of how it FEELS to read with wide panels.

One Piece chapter 1, with every panel, even if its wide or not, split, try enjoy reading something like this, because thats how it feels to read currently

It doesn't bother me as much as it seems to bother you, but you can turn on Mangadex's double page and right to left options to fix it.
Example using the manga you provided

But for the printing process all the pages are "split", it just looks "combined" when the two printed pages are next to each other in a book. The publishers can't be assed to check each page of each manga, so it ends up wonky on digital releases.

This setting does work, as you show here, however that would mean I have to read single pages as double spread pages.
And I am saying that's never been been the case before.
I just finished re-reading Tokyo Ghoul, no wide panels are EVER cut, it doesn't make any sense to do it.
I also don't understand the hostility on these forums, how is this not making sense to anybody?

You're on an ad-free manga pirating website. The solution isn't some insane thing you have to jump through many hoops to perform, so your behavior feels very entitled, or looks like trolling, which is why people are harsh.
