Rather than have them be so focused on being married- they'd make good crafts women; that part about no labor for aristocrats is too bad tho- they could be free of patriarchal pressure to a degree if not for that... they can still start a business and commission artists and craftsmen after teaching the technique (and patenting it) tho I suppose.
