Noah definitely doesn't love Ellen. If he does, then he has a twisted concept of what love is. Noah has loved someone before, but after being left behind so many times I don't think he is able to anymore. Anyways, his emotions are more like obsession and dependency. He relies on Ellen, but he's possessive of her too. He probably has the mindset that Ellen belongs to him because she's helping him. Overall tho Ellen is dense and it frustrating to see her actions.
