On top of that her reasoning is weird? Like why does she think that only something like the necklace could kill her. And why is her escape plan to go to the military academy. If she had what it takes to survive in an environment like that she would have survived the first time around. Why not plan to become a maid or something, at least she knows how to do that. In a pathetic, masochistic way, but still.
