Read it up to 19 at this point. I thought it would have a lot of gags the way he drew the girl's giant rack early on but it's playing it pretty straight. Unfortunately it's nothing to write home about, yet, but this could be a slow cooker.
A major plot point so far is a blue penicillin for treating some forms of cancer that apparently starts causing cancer instead after 5 years, and the drug was in public use for around 4 at the stories start. A problem with that is that most of the time drugs take longer than that to even pass clinical trials. Not to say there are not exceptions, if memory serves one of the points of contention for the covid19 vaccines was that clinical trials had been rushed through. It's just not a common practice.
Point being, the translation is decent but this one isn't shining right now.
