Ability to edit Manga listing missing

Not sure if this a bug or a change done sometime ago. I had the ability to edit a Manga listing to add links, images and description. Case in point for the series Iczer Densetsu https://mangadex.org/manga/12595/iczer-densetsu I just uploaded the one volume it was done. I have the image, and other info to add that is missing. To my knowledge, the ability to edit a manga basic listing is for everyone?

The ability was taken away after three months of having it open because someone abused it.
