Ability to view other languages without going to settings and changing it

Allow us to filter languages in Manga page. I can understand enough of other languages to get the gist of the story if English release is far behind. In most cases I would just like English and nothing else.

So basically a way to bypass: "Notice: There are no chapters in your selected language(s)."

...without having to log out or change language settings
