I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but if the people responsible read this

They could create chapter discussion threads, based on the language of the chapter I say: I read the chapters in English but I would like to be able to discuss the topics in Portuguese with people from my country

Multiple threads per chapter would bloat into a nightmare pretty quickly, imo. The language of a chapter thread is effectively set by the language of a chapter, so having a PT thread for an EN chapter doesn't really make sense; that's only usable by a tiny chunk of the chapter's readers.
