From what I heard it actually got un-axed with the anime. That could have been for a limited number of volumes or it could be properly ongoing again, there's not aton of info in English about this.
As for what it was before the series was continued the best I can find is 5 volumes, no exact chapter number

I really hope there's more, the anime was phenomenal. I'm so glad it was made so I could discover the manga. I just hope we get more translations because it really was a blast and I love the characters so much.
