Im an avid reader of isekai and the likes.
Im not asking for just isekai but something with some sort of system like leveling or cultivation.
Harem is fine as long as the MC isnt dickless.
*Atleast 20 chapters and being actively translated
*It doesnt have to be an original plot idea but atleast writing that is executed well.

Youjo Senki : makes you say holy shit but has no level system. 50 chapters with each 30 - 60 pages

Shuumatsu no Valkyrie : no isekai but human vs. gods Deathmatch and it's good

Shikkaku Mon no Saikyou Kenja - Sekai Saikyou no Kenja ga Sara ni Tsuyokunaru Tame ni Tensei Shimashita : Holy shit thats op in every chapter

Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo : not holy shit but MC is building a harem and know what to do with his dick

Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta! : has level system but no harem or echi but has combat and good artstyle

Berserk of Gluttony : shit ton of levels and stats mc absorbs the strength of the one he killed

Release That Witch : Building a new country with the help of witches, no level (WARNING some chapter contain communism)

Yondome wa Iya na Shizokusei Majutsushi: what should I say mc have to die 2 times before he is reborn in an other world again and that where the prolog finaly ends and the real story starts

Oh dude you should definetely read this @Saiangeli. I don't like isekai in general and edgy MC or revenge/power hunger MC in isekai/cultivation/life with game system (i have enough of them last year might take a break from this genre)
