I think she's covering for the guy so he's forced to delete all the sex videos. She also got him to tell her who's distributing the photos and videos.

So since she already has backups, she probably just wants to make sure Mako can't be defiled further by the videos being spread. Christ. I get she's probably (hopefully) setting Yuuki up to be arrested, but it hasn't exactly clicked yet.
