Add a Fluffy/feel good tag

There are times when you just want to find a cute and fluffy manga that makes you smile and feel good. Having a tag for it would make it easy to find many manga that fit this category. Right now you have to either find one by accident or on by going through forum posts which makes it hard to find variety.

As much as I would like the ability to find stuff like that, the concept of "fluffy/feel good" is extremely subjective at best

I have to agree with @MrIncognito
Some people may define wholesome as a good ending.
Others may define it as a satisfying resolution.
Let's not talk about those would consider AWWWRIGHT as wholesome.
All in all, it's very hard to pinpoint a good definition for it.

Ideas to objectify fluff:

• ≥50% viewers agree that it is fluff, decided by a vote available on the manga page.
• Absense of "non-fluff" tags (i.e. horror, tragedy, etc).
• Viewers propose the addition of fluff tag by listing the manga in a forum thread and the passerbies vote. If ≥95% agrees then the fluff tag will be added.

if we put "definitely not fluff" tag to every manga without fluff, we have probability to get a manga with fluff without those tags
