Add Afrikaans to list of languages [Implemented]

Hi! I've been translations some one shots to Afrikaans for fun in a group I'm in and I would love to be able to post them on Mangadex. I don't know if there's any interest in it from other South Africans or Afrikaans speakers, but I would definitely make use of it as there aren't really any other places that has it as an option.

As per the latest announcement (November 16, 2024), Afrikaans is now available on the website.
