Add pagination widget at the top of My Follows list as well

In the My Follows page the pagination widget only shows at the bottom, I have many mangas I’m reading, so when some of the mangas are in other pages I need to scroll all the way down just to change a page, so it would be great if the pagination widget would also show at the top of the list.
