Add Slovenian to List of Languages [Implemented]

Pozdravljeni! (Greetings!)

As the title suggests (pun not intended), I would like MangaDex to support Slovene (slovenščina, not to be confused with slovenčina which is Slovak), and I'd be willing to contribute scanlations which are done in that language in particular. Croatian and Serbian are both supported, so why not Slovene?
