Add the upload from Gdrive feature to the chapter editing form

Hi!

The upload with links from Gdrive is convenient when the direct upload fails.
However, when there's something to fix in a chapter and one needs to to edit the chapter to upload a new version, the edit form only proposes the direct upload option.

I suggest the feature to upload with links from Gdrive is added to the chapter editing form too.
