Im pleasantly surprised that this is the "action, student, harem" shounen setting. It also got the reverse trap that iev missed so much in this setting. For a manhwa too.

How cliched, but definitely roommates with a girl. Also the teacher is lovely. Alraun? Nymph? Dryad? I'd say goblin but it seemed more like a plant type.
