Advanced "A and (B or C)" search?

Can you do "fantasy + (yuri or shojoai)" searches in a single advanced search?

Fantasy must be there but for the second part either or both is fine.

And yes this was the result of reading a certain topic in the suggestions subforum.

@deltarayedge not possible with current search, and/or settings will apply to every tag selected
