Advanced search latest upload gives old content

I'm using advanced search instead of latest updates because the latter doesn't have a tag blacklist that i know of, the problem is that advanced search gives titles that haven't had an update in years mixed in with the titles that did update recently, is there a way to look at latest uploads somewhere else that has blacklists?

That's because the adv search looks at titles and they only have a single field for the latest chapter, i.e it could be in any language, so if you happen to have a Chapter Language setting set that doesn't include whatever language said chapter is in then it might look a bit weird, and no, currently there is no other way of getting a chapter feed with tag filtering, site-wide tag filtering is planned but no eta
