I have mixed feelings. As its nice to see how tides turned for him it also made him arogant brat who sleep around with different women. I understood that before this episode he was not in a relationship, but now that was stated they are as boyfriend/girlfriend, and i am pretty sure he will sleep with countless of women. I'm not really into cheatnig, but this manhwa is about golddiggers (mostly) so... i guess its (??)acceptable(??)

I think that a lot of people have the same feeling as you about this manhua. Mixed feelings. Its normal to be a gold digger and cool to be a sugar daddy in the story. At least the girls are not sugar babies.

Dunno about that, it felt clear to me pretty quickly that he was going for multiple relationships and also multiple less serious sexual relationships. If that ruins it for you, at least you know pretty early on though
