@AlmondMagnum I've seen games of Werewolf run 2+ hrs. If everyone's having a good time it's OK, but if some people are clearly suffering at the pace, it's not. The moderator should let everyone know up front how much discussion time will be allowed per "day"

I prefer shorter variants like The Resistance, Secret Hitler, or One Night Werewolf.
