Maybe the manhua (title page) description should be updated to included "Drawn by a hentai artist" (I did not research it, just a guess). As well as add "Sexual Violence" and/or "Gore" genre(s).

my understanding is that he cut of/isolated the earth vein and the whole area with it, and then shrunk it with her

The note won't be added since this isn't done for any other title and is quite common anyways. As for why this isn't rated as 'erotica', if we look at the rating of some other manga, that are literally porn, but they still count as soft porn (erotica) because of the story and cleverly censored genitals, it's definitely not erotica. So I think this manga is still far from being rated as 'erotica'.

Is it truly sexual violence?
I can see where it could maybe maybe count as gore, but I had a talk with other data contributors about a different title and they think it's not brutal enough.
e.g. TBATE got the gore tag because burnt corpses were visible, not to speak of testicles being squashed.
Feel free to report the title with the category "Information to correct", but I'm pretty sure the mods have the same opinion on this.
